Just a quick post – a proof of life, if you will. The trip to Tacoma was blessedly uneventful. I’m delighted by the cool temperatures and the beautiful surroundings. My hotel room is bigger than most single bedroom apartments, and it’s directly across the street from the convention center. My commute to my booth is approximately 60 seconds. SWEET!
But I got just 2 hours of sleep prior to starting to travel, and then collapsed in bed at the hotel after setting up the booth. I slept for 5 or so hours – managed to miss the nightly meet up at the bar – drat! But then I got got up again and worked on finishing the last of the kits. It’s now 4:45am, and I’m off to dream land for another 3 or 3.5 hours. And then it’s off to the races!!
